Online Bookstore Policy

For books and other physical products purchased from our online bookstore, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide a replacement if your product arrives damaged or is defective.

A product is considered eligible for replacement only if it has manufacturing defects such as torn pages, incorrect binding, or missing content. We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic damage or for products that were not to your liking. The replacement will be the same item as the one originally purchased.
