1. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access our tutoring services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Our Services

WindowsBench.com provides access to a network of expert tutors who deliver personalised lessons via our proprietary online tutoring platform. These services are distinct from traditional in-person tuition; all learning takes place remotely.

• Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our home tuition website.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation: You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may result in a fee.

• No-Refund Policy: As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, all sales of our tutoring services are final. We do not offer refunds for any booked or completed lessons, or for any purchased service packages. This policy reflects the fact that our service is a commitment of time and expertise from our dedicated tutors.

3. Online Bookstore

We offer a selection of educational books and products for sale. All products are provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their condition, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products purchased from our bookstore.

• Replacements Only: We will only replace items that are proven to have a manufacturing defect or are damaged upon arrival. You must follow the procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy to request a replacement.

4. User Conduct

We expect all users and tutors to engage in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users or our staff.

• Distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

• Engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating or plagiarism.

• Attempt to solicit or engage with tutors outside of the WindowsBench.com platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WindowsBench.com and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our website or its content without our prior written consent. All session recordings and teaching materials created by our tutors during lessons are the exclusive property of WindowsBench.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WindowsBench.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or results from the use of our online tutoring platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to use our services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
